This program is used for clients that have a complete set of plans prepared by an Architect or Design firm. A detailed budget and cost breakdown is prepared by Neighborhood Homes and the information is shared with the client. Based on the hard cost to construct and the degree of job difficulty a fixed fee is paid to Neighborhood Homes to construct and manage the job. Upgrades and change orders are included in the fixed fee. In addition, Neighborhood Homes provides detailed accounting and cost to date reports to the client so any budget variances are disclosed immediately.
